Last week, Marsh and I thought that for the weekend we'd "get away to the cabin" (which, in our world, means moving to our basement which is set up like a cabin). We'd both had a crazy month of January, and taking some time to slow down sounded so good.
But then, on Wednesday night, Marsh became ill. I was convinced he'd had bad peanut butter. On Friday, I became ill (so maybe it wasn't peanut butter). Our "24 hour stomach bug" was more like a 3-4 day stomach bug. SO... we "slowed down for the weekend"... but it was NOT the way we'd planned! We're finally both feeling better... now that the weekend is over!
