As I sat with my coffee looking out the window this morning I was struck by the stillness. I had to look way up in the trees to see even a tiny bit of movement. With the sun reflecting off the ice in the pond, this was a "take your breath away" kind of stillness.
God says "Be still and know that I Am God." This morning, it was as if nature was doing that very thing. While the people of this world spin in panic and chaos, nature knows to be still.
Today? Reflect on these words of God's found in Psalm 46:10:
"Be still, and know that I Am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.":
Be still and know that I Am God.
Be still and know that I Am.
Be still and know.
Be still.
