It's wonderful to get away... and it's wonderful to come home!
I've been away for almost two weeks learning, listening to God and others, praying, conversing, learning to invite God into the moments. I've met new friends, learned new things, and (in a 38 hour period of silence) been awed by the love of God. It was a great time... and it was time to come home!
Spending much of the weekend in the garden seemed a good "re-entry" strategy. Getting "work" around the house done, but work that I love.
And now... it's time to face the "to do" list... laundry, bill paying, calls to make. The challenge? To "invite" God into the "to do" list as much as I invited Him into my prayers over the past couple of weeks!
