Marsh is away this week doing one of his very favorite things in the world: deer hunting. He'll come home for Thanksgiving, then go back to the woods again. He keeps hoping that one day I'll take up hunting... but I know that would be a bad idea. He'd shoot Bambi, I'd cry and spoil his moment.
I'm glad he's got the week off. His job has been crazy the past few months... lots of long hours, traveling (last week: Salt Lake City), and stress. But we're thankful he has a good job that he loves (on most days)!
I know a week in the woods will revive his soul. And venison sausage isn't bad either... (sorry, Bambi).
