Hmmm... this is going to be even harder than I thought. After posting my blog on Tuesday, where I pondered giving up buying books, clothes, and household knick-knacks for a year, I was reading a great book that I have on loan. I thought: "I should buy this book!" and I was on Amazon before I realized what I was doing! (No, I didn't actually buy the book... but it was close!). And then... last night I drove by the library. Do you know what starts TODAY? The LIBRARY BOOK SALE! My favorite! (Did you know that on Saturday of the sale you can buy a whole bag of books for a couple of bucks???) Ahhhhhhh!
Is there anyone else who wants to take up the challenge to not buy something for a whole year so that I'm "in" this with someone???
